This policy applies to:

The Solid Ground Course, and

The Living with Intention Journal (digital version only).

Once 14 days have passed or more than 25% of the content has been accessed or downloaded, your purchase becomes non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Include your full name, order number, and purchase email address.

Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Exceptions and Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

Purchases made outside the 14-day window.

Products that have been heavily accessed, downloaded, or completed beyond the 25% threshold.

Any bundled offers, bonuses, or promotional discounts where separate refund terms were specified.

Gift cards, one-time coaching calls, or custom packages (if introduced in the future).
